Do you only work with small businesses?
Mostly, yes — and intentionally. Small businesses are where I do my best work. You get my full attention, not a junior account manager.
What if I just need a small update or fix?
If you're already on a care plan, small updates are included. If not, get in touch and we'll figure out the quickest way to help.
How long does a website build take?
Typically 3–6 weeks from first call to launch, depending on how quickly feedback comes in. I'll give you a clear timeline before we start.
Can I start with a Strategy Session before committing?
Absolutely — that's exactly what it's there for. The £150 fee is fully credited toward any project we work on together.
